We have space to sleep around 35-40 people on Dec 29th, beds are first come first serve or you are welome to bring a tent and set up in our forest or bamboo grove. We will be cooking up a feast and serving 3 meals throughout the day and would ask for a donation of 400 THB in return for food, accommodation,, entertainment and activities. All monies will go straight back into the Panya Project allowing us to keep on doing what we do, spreading the world of Permaculutre to inspire and empower people to make positive changes all around the world.

How to get here!

It would be great if you could get to the farm by 10:30am on the 29th.

From Chiang Mai you can either take a white songtaw or an orange bus from CHANG PUAK BUS STATION, which is situated on the northern road leading out of the city moat. All the tuktuk drivers and songtaw drivers will no this location. When people ask you where you are going say 'May Teng' spelt in Thai Mae Teang. Make sure you tell them that you are going to get off at the May Nat Dam intersection, if they stop at a busy market and tell you to get off you have not gone far enough – just repeat May Nat Dam. Both modes of transport will get you to the May teng/May Nat Dam intersection in about an hour sometimes longer on the songtaw.

After being dropped off follow the road for a couple of minutes (past the traffic lights) and you will see a number of motorbike taxi drivers there waiting, they all know Panya and will bring you here for around 150 – 200 THB.

On leaving Panya on the 30th we can arrange for a motorbike taxi to collect you or if there are enough eople we can hire a songtaw to take you all the way back into Chaing Mai, costing about 1000 baht – so pretty reasonable if there are 10 people.
